Netflix brings Watch Instantly to your Sony HDTV < Streaming

The partnership between Netflix and Sony Electronics was announced in July. Separately, Netflix and Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced a partnership to make thousands of movies and TV episodes from Netflix available to be streamed instantly to TVs via the PlayStation®3 (PS3™) computer entertainment system

New Content Partner IFC Adds over 50 films to On-line Library

And as has been the case, when Netflix makes announcements, they comes in two’s (bad things come in three’s).

IFC Entertainment and Netflix have struck a streaming partnership that gives the online movie rental service U.S. rights to 53 indie films. The IFC titles become available for streaming on televisions and computers today. Additional titles will be added on an ongoing basis

Netflix has a very good reputation for serving the independent film market, and this relationship while solidify, not only Netflix’s standing in the indie cinema community, but also adds another pipeline to an already large online library of titles to stream.
