Sunday Night Football Extra closes its highly successful sophomore season with a matchup that will determine the final playoff picture.
The host New York Jets can clinch an AFC Wild Card playoff berth with a win against the AFC North champion Cincinnati Bengals in the final game of the NFL’s regular season on "NBC Sunday Night Football."
Coverage begins with "Football Night in America," Sunday at 7 p.m.
